Round Table Conference on Women’s Safety & Empowerment

A significant Round Table Conference on Women’s Safety and Empowerment was organized at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan, under the leadership of Hon’ble Minister Smt. Seethakka garu. The event brought together policymakers, administrators, and women leaders committed to advancing the cause of women’s rights and well-being.

The Secretary, TGTWREIS, along with several senior women officers from the Society, actively participated in the deliberations. Their presence highlighted the institution’s continued dedication to promoting safe, inclusive, and empowering environments for girls and women across all residential schools and institutions.

During the conference, speakers and representatives shared valuable insights on key issues affecting women today, including:

  • Women’s safety and protection mechanisms

  • Access to quality education and skill development

  • Health, hygiene, and emotional well-being

  • Leadership opportunities and empowerment programs
