Psychology Training Classes to Support Students During Exam Season
To help students cope effectively with exam-related pressure, psychology training classes are being conducted acrossΒ TGTWREIS institutions throughout the state. Renowned psychologists are guiding Class X and Intermediate students on key aspects such as stress management, time management, relaxation techniques, positive thinking, and effective study planning.
So far, over 9,000 students have benefited from these sessions. The programme will continue throughout the month, ultimately supporting nearly 20,000 students across 181 institutions.
This timely and student-centric initiative aims to reduce exam stress, enhance emotional well-being, and boost confidence, empowering students to perform to the best of their abilities during examinations.
