Induction Training for Newly Recruited PDs of TGTWREIS

The Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGTWREIS) successfully organized a comprehensive Induction Training Programme for its newly recruited Physical Directors (PDs) from 15th to 17th April 2025 at the prestigious Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Inaugural Session by Secretary, TGTWREIS

The event was graced by Smt. K. Seetha Lakshmi, IAS, Secretary, TGTWREIS, who delivered an inspiring inaugural address. In her message, the Secretary extended a warm welcome to the new PDs, congratulating them on joining a transformative educational mission aimed at empowering tribal students through quality and inclusive education.

She emphasized the significant role Physical Education plays in holistic student development, fostering discipline, teamwork, leadership, and a strong sense of identity among students. She also encouraged the newly inducted PDs to go beyond the traditional scope of their roles and become mentors, motivators, and torchbearers of excellence in the field of sports and physical fitness within the TGTWREIS ecosystem.

Recognition of Excellence – Skoch Award for TGTWREIS Sainik School

The Secretary proudly highlighted a major milestone in the journey of TGTWREIS — the prestigious Skoch Award presented to TGTWREIS Sainik School, Ashoknagar. She commended the dedicated staff, visionary leadership, and committed students for achieving this national recognition, which stands as a testimony to the society’s relentless efforts toward innovation, quality, and inclusive education.

She reiterated that such achievements are a reflection of the organization’s core values of Excellence, Equity, and Empowerment, and she encouraged all newly appointed PDs to draw inspiration from these successes and contribute proactively to the organization’s vision.
